What we collect

Why we use it

To send you product updates, tell you when the pilot opens in your city, and coordinate pilot setup with venues. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1)), given by ticking the consent box on the form. The form cannot be sent without it. Anonymous visit statistics rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).

Where it is stored and who processes it

These providers process data on our behalf, on servers that may be outside Türkiye, including in the United States and the European Union. Transfers abroad are made under KVKK Article 9.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent, or for 24 months from your submission, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

Your rights under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to:

We reply to requests within 30 days at the latest (KVKK Article 13).

Withdrawing consent or deleting your data

Email info@alacerlabs.com from the address you signed up with and tell us what you would like: stop emails, delete your data, or both. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it.

Occupancy data in the product

The product will measure occupancy in aggregate. We count crowds, not individuals, and we will never sell personal location data. This notice will be updated with full details before the app launches.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice after the company is incorporated and before the app launches, and change the date at the top.
